TradeWorX is hiring Advanced Haul Truck Drivers for a high-production site development project near the Pittsburgh area. This role requires experienced operators who can maintain safe, efficient material movement in an active mining/plant environment.

Responsibilities
Operate articulated haul trucks in active plant/site conditions with strict adherence to MSHA standards
Transport overburden, aggregate, or processed material along designated haul routes
Maintain production pace while controlling speed, load stability, and safe dump procedures
Conduct thorough pre-shift and post-shift inspections; document and report mechanical issues immediately
Communicate effectively with ground personnel, loaders, and supervisors to coordinate safe movement
Identify and respond to changing ground, weather, and visibility conditions during night operations
Requirements
Active MSHA certification (required)
Advanced-level haul truck operating experience in site development or mining environments
Proven ability to work night shift and 50–60 hours weekly
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass drug screening
Strong safety discipline and situational awareness
