Haul Truck

Our client, an industry leader in mining and resource extraction, is seeking a Haul Truck Operator to join their dedicated team. As a Haul Truck Operator, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting the efficient and safe transportation of materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Haul Truck

Location: Gillette, WY

Pay Range: $24/hour

Shift: Day Shift - 10 to 12 hours shifts

What's the Job?

• Operate haul trucks with capacities ranging from 180 to 400 tons to transport coal and waste rock efficiently.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure the proper handling of equipment during daily operations.
• Monitor and report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Support team efforts to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols.
• Remain within the equipment for the duration of 10-12 hour shifts, ensuring continuous operation.

What's Needed?

• Experience operating heavy equipment, particularly haul trucks, is required.
• Ability to work long shifts in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational procedures.
• Willingness to work in Gillette, WY, with no remote options available.
