Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new client leads through various marketing strategies and networking events
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes with expert advice and support
- Prepare and present competitive market analyses to help clients make informed decisions
- Negotiate contracts and offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and financing options
- Collaborate with the Matt Durbin Team to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Pennsylvania
- 1 year experience in residential real estate sales preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships
