Hawaii Works is seeking a high-performing Civil Construction Foreman to lead field crews on demolition, excavation, utilities, and concrete projects across Oahu.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in running a productive crew and building quality work safely and efficiently. You will work directly with the Superintendent and Project Manager to execute projects ranging from $50,000 to $3,000,000, including government and commercial work.
Pay & Schedule:
- Pay: $46.83 per hour
- Fringe: $38.33 per hour
- Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30 PM (Dependent on project start times)

Youre Role:
- Perform skilled construction work supporting Hawaii Works' self-performed concrete and utility installation projects. This position performs trade work, including formwork, concrete placement, concrete repairs, and pipe installation, while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards

- Main responsibilities
- Perform work according to construction plans and specifications
- Maintain quality workmanship and craftsmanship standards
- Work safely and follow company safety procedures
- Support daily production goals set by the Foreman
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Assist with layout and measurements when required
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Assignments are directed by the Foreman. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support project success.
Requirements:
- Experience in civil, concrete, or utility construction preferred
- Ability to read basic construction drawings preferred
- Ability to operate construction tools and equipment safely
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
