Hawaii Works is seeking a high-performing Civil Construction Foreman to lead field crews on demolition, excavation, utilities, and concrete projects across Oahu.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in running a productive crew and building quality work safely and efficiently. You will work directly with the Superintendent and Project Manager to execute projects ranging from $50,000 to $3,000,000, including government and commercial work.
Pay & Schedule:
- Pay: $42.85 per hour
- Fringe: $26.81 per hour
- Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30 PM (Dependent on project start times)

Youre Role:
- Support construction crews by performing general labor tasks that assist in completing projects safely and efficiently. Laborers provide essential jobsite support to help skilled workers and crew leaders maintain productivity.

- General Construction
- Site preparation and cleanup

- Tool preparation and organization
- Assist with concrete placement
- Assist with pipe installation
- Assist with demolition and site preparation

- Maintain safe work areas
- Maintain organized materials
- Assist with requipment setup
- Main responsibilities
- Follow instructions from crew leadership
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Assist skilled workers with construction tasks
- Follow all safety procedures
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Support crew productivity
- Assignments are directed by the Foreman.
