Hays US PRODUCTION OPERATOR I

FieldBridge is looking for a Carpentersville, IL based Production Operator to work for one of the largest plastics, chemicals, and refining companies in the world. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay/Schedule:

• 1st Shift: $21.00/hour | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: $22.75/hour ($21.00 + $1.75 differential) | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Weekly pay every Friday. Great opportunity for OT available as 12 hour shifts when needed. At $21-22.75/hr and 52 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,218 - $1,319.50

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable Production Operators to support manufacturing operations across multiple shifts at the Carpentersville, IL facility. In this role, you will operate and monitor production equipment, perform changeovers, manage raw materials, and bag and package finished product for shipment. All candidates will train on 1st shift for the first week before transitioning to their assigned shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment during daily production runs, including performing changeovers and LOTO procedures
• Stage packaging area, manually lift and load materials into equipment, and bag and box finished product for shipment and distribution
• Operate forklift to transport raw materials and finished product to designated areas
• Perform raw material management including organizing, handling, weighing, and measuring
• Conduct standard QC tests, accurately record production data, and report any unresolved quality issues immediately

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to lift 55 pounds or more and stand for up to 12 hours
• Must be comfortable working in a dusty industrial environment and wearing PPE
• Basic math and computer skills required; SAP experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and flexible with schedule
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
