Position Overview: HCA Caregiver

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in someone's life? We are on the lookout for an experienced HCA Caregiver who cares deeply for individuals and can support clients with memory care needs. Reliability, empathy, and skill are key traits we're looking for.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with meal planning and preparation.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety.
• Monitor and report any health or behavioral changes.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient approach, crucial for managing memory-related challenges.
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors with effective approaches.
• Basic first aid knowledge.
• Physical capability to assist with mobility and transfers.
• Having a car is advantageous for reliable transportation.

Pay: From $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
