Head and/or Assistant Gymnastics Coach

Wilmot Union High School is seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and student-centered Head and/or Assistant Gymnastics Coach to lead and develop a competitive Gymnastics program that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, character, and athletic excellence. The Head/Assistant Coach is responsible for all aspects of the Gymnastics program, including player development, program organization, staff supervision, and fostering a positive culture that supports the academic and personal growth of student-athletes.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with student-athletes, families, and staff.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive team culture.
• Knowledge of and willingness to comply with WIAA rules and regulations.

Required Certifications

• Valid First Aid/CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Completion of all required WIAA coaching certifications.
• Successful completion of district-required background checks and onboarding requirements.
