This is a Japanese startup bakery shop that will be expanding as a franchise across California. We welcome a Head Baker who cantake a leadership role and actively participate in product development.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily bakery production and maintain product quality
Develop and improve bakery and pastry items
Support menu development for future franchise locations
Train and guide bakery staff as needed
Ensure consistency, efficiency, and food safety standards
Requirements:
Extensive experience in bakery and pastry production
Strong knowledge of dough, bread, and pastry handling
Hands-on, flexible, and proactive mindset
Interest in growing with a startup and franchise business
