NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching
NFHS Concussion in Sports
NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest
NFHS Heat Illness Prevention
NFHS Protecting Students from Abuse
CPR/First Aid/AED (In Person Course Hands-on Session Required)
3 Letter of Recommendation (Must be current or within the last year)
Arizona Driver's License
