Head Boys Basketball Coach

Malcolm Public Schools is seeking a Head Boys Basketball Coach for the 2026-27 school year. Candidates must be highly motivated to lead a successful program who has a strong knowledge of the game of basketball and coaching techniques. Key coaching responsibilities include developing student-athletes' skills, game understanding, and character, while building a cohesive team culture centered on accountability, communication, and competitive success. The role also involves planning and leading organized, efficient practices that maximize player development and team performance, assigning and overseeing responsibilities among coaching staff, and maintaining effective communication with players, parents, and administration.
