Position Overview
Osceola High School is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to serve as the Head Boys Soccer Coach. This position is responsible for leading and developing a competitive high school soccer program that emphasizes skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and student-athlete growth. Osceola High School competes in the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA).
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the varsity boys soccer program.
Develop practice plans and game strategies that promote player development.
Foster a positive team culture built on accountability, respect, and effort.
Supervise and collaborate with assistant coaches at all levels.
Monitor academic progress and promote academic success of student-athletes.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, school staff, and administration.
Ensure compliance with all school, conference, and WIAA rules and regulations.
Organize offseason training opportunities, summer programming, and youth camps.
Coordinate team logistics including scheduling, transportation, and equipment.
