We are seeking someone who is passionate about developing student-athletes, building a strong and competitive program, and promoting a culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and sportsmanship. Zone 2 Grades 9-12 Category: Coaching Additional Information Responsibilities Lead practices, develop skills, and teach personal resilience and sportsmanship. Build a competitive, positive culture on and off the mat. Mentor student-athletes and coordinate with assistant coaches and youth programs. Organize offseason development opportunities, including camps, open mat, and strength/conditioning collaboration. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, administration, and the Activities Director. Ensure compliance with all NSAA, district, and school policies. Qualifications Previous wrestling coaching or playing experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff. Must obtain or hold the required NSAA coaching certification and background clearance.
