Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and service
  • Support, guide, and develop existing kitchen staff
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost
  • Work with ownership on menu development and seasonal features
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • Help integrate local and farm-grown products over time

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years cooking experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $55,000 $62,000
  • Performance Bonus: Up to $15,000 annually
  • Retention Bonus
  • Tips and additional incentives

Performance bonuses are based on:

  • Food cost control
  • Team performance and retention
  • Kitchen standards and consistency
  • Overall contribution to operations
