Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and service
- Support, guide, and develop existing kitchen staff
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost
- Work with ownership on menu development and seasonal features
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Help integrate local and farm-grown products over time
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years cooking experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Compensation
- Base Salary: $55,000 $62,000
- Performance Bonus: Up to $15,000 annually
- Retention Bonus
- Tips and additional incentives
Performance bonuses are based on:
- Food cost control

- Kitchen standards and consistency
- Overall contribution to operations
