Jefe is a busy family owned Mexican restaurant located in Lake Oswego. Founded in 2012, we are a scratch made kitchen with a lively bar, large covered patio and a loyal following. We are seeking a Head Chef to join our team who brings a passion for food, hospitality, leadership, and a yearning to grow.
The job offer:
Base salary DOE
Quarterly performance bonus program totaling up to 14k bonus potential per year
Up to 15 days PTO per year
8 paid holidays (New Years Day, Super Bowl Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day)

Qualifications:
Have at least one year experience managing a kitchen with high volume
Strong communication skills
Curious nature with desire to learn and grow
Genuine sense of hospitality
Diplomacy in managing conflict
Solution-oriented approach to challenges
Strong critical thinking skills
Love of food, beverage and hospitality
