The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeks qualified Christian employees for this position.
Responsibilities: Designs, implements and evaluates the Indoor Volleyball Program. Performs all related administrative duties as assigned, to include recruiting, travel, budget oversight, resource management and media communications.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be an active and committed Christian who will support the University's mission and who will be an active participant in their local church.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience coaching volleyball at the collegiate level is required.
- Head coaching experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in NCAA Division III rules and regulations or ability to quickly acquire such knowledge is required
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and mentor student-athletes in a manner consistent with academic and athletic success.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and presentation tools).
- Ability to effectively utilize standard office technology and athletic program management systems.
- Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
- Must possess a valid Texas driver's license and be insurable by UMHB auto insurance carrier.
- Must agree to the University's Employee Statement of Understanding.
