Position Title: Men's Rugby Head Coach Reports to: Director of Rugby, Athletic Director, and Director of Club Sports Supervises: Students, Assistant Coaches (if applicable) Primary Function: The Men's Rugby Head Coach is responsible for leading the Men's Rugby Team at Saint Vincent College and overseeing all aspects of the men's rugby program. This role focuses on developing - students, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring the overall success and growth of the men's rugby program. The position requires leadership in coaching, recruitment, program management, and community engagement, aligning the rugby program with the college's mission and values. Required Qualifications: Significant experience in rugby coaching and program management. Strong leadership skills with a commitment to the academic and athletic success of students. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree required, or working toward a degree. Experience: Experience in rugby, either as a player, coach, or administrator. Experience in recruiting and developing prospective students. Essential Duties:
