Head Coach - Orangetheory Fitness Morgantown, WV Orangetheory Fitness Morgantown is looking for an energetic, inspiring Head Coach to lead our coaching team and deliver world-class workouts to our amazing members. This role is perfect for a passionate fitness professional who loves motivating others, leading by example, and creating an incredible group fitness experience.
Responsibilities
Coach high-energy Orangetheory group fitness classes
Lead, mentor, and develop the coaching team
Ensure exceptional member experience and workout quality
Support studio culture, member retention, and community engagement
Assist with coach onboarding and training
Qualifications
Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, AFAA, etc.)
CPR/AED certification
Group fitness coaching experience required
Leadership experience preferred
Passion for helping people achieve results

Compensation: $25.00 - $65.00 per hour
Jobs That Make a Real Difference About Us Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
