Head Coach of Women's Tennis Coe College seeks qualified candidates for the position of Head Coach of Women's Tennis. This position is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising a strong and competitive Women’s Tennis program within the spirit, policies, and rules of Coe College, the American Rivers Conference, and the NCAA Division III. The head coach is responsible for designing and administering programs, policies, and services that will further the fitness, wellness, personal, social, and academic development of Coe students. Work Schedule: 10 months per year, full-time exempt, benefit eligible. Essential Job Responsibilities: - Plan and supervise practices and games
- Schedule contests
- Vigorously recruit prospective student-athletes
- Manage assigned budgets
- Secure and maintain equipment
- Promote the sport, athletics department, and Coe College
- Additional Responsibilities assigned by the Director of Athletics
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree is required for this position
- 1-3 years of previous coaching experience is preferred
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States as we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
- Successful completion of a background and driver check in accordance with Coe College policy.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: - Weekend and evening hours required
