Position Overview
The Weston Public Schools is seeking to hire a Head Custodian for Woodland Elementary School. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break, reporting to the Building Principal and the Director of Facilities. About the Weston Public Schools
The Weston Public Schools enrolls approximately 1,960 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12. The school district includes a high school for grades 9-12, a middle school for grades 6-8, an upper elementary school for grades 4-5, and two lower elementary schools for pre-kindergarten through grade 3. Since 1967, Weston has participated in METCO (Metropolitan Council for Educational Opportunity) - a voluntary school integration program that places Boston residents in suburban schools. The Weston METCO program enrolls approximately 167 students (K-12).

Compensation
The compensation range for the Elementary Head Custodian will be $28.41 - $31.86. per hour (dependent on relative experience). Additionally, the Weston Public Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package, including employer sponsored health insurance, paid time off, and participation in the Middlesex County Retirement System.
