Description: Head Custodian - Grades 10-12, 1 FTE

Job Summary: The Head Custodian 10-12 is an individual contributor with site-based leadership responsibilities responsible for overseeing custodial operations in a large, complex secondary school environment.

This position ensures clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities by coordinating custodial staff across multiple shifts, performing hands-on custodial and light maintenance work, and supporting building operations,

events, safety, and security throughout the school year and after-hours activities.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver''s license required.

Prior custodial or facilities experience required; experience coordinating custodial staff preferred.

Ability to operate custodial and building equipment safely and effectively.

Working knowledge of basic computer systems, email, and work order or building systems.

Working Conditions: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. and 260 days per year.

Per salary schedule at Lakota, starting at $21.19 per hour, based on verified previous experience.
