Propel Schools is seeking a Head Middle School Girls Volleyball Coach for the 2026-2027 season at the following middle schools:
Propel Braddock Hills Middle School
Propel East
Propel Hazelwood
Propel Homestead
Propel McKeesport
Propel Montour Middle School
Propel Northside
Propel Pitcairn
Successful candidates will have:
Prior high school, middle school, and/or youth volleyball coaching experience
Preferred candidates will have experience as a head coach, playing experience, as well as the demonstrated ability to build a successful program starting at the middle school level
Responsibility for assembling his/her volunteer coaching staff
Experience coordinating a middle school volleyball program with the assistant coach and athletic director
High level of personal organization and planning
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
A commitment to the Promising Principles of Propel
Requirements:
Up-to-date TB Test
Act 34 Criminal Clearance
Act 114 FBI Clearance
Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance
Mandated Reporter Training
