POSITION: Head Girls Tennis Coach
START: 2026-27 School Year: Season starts August 17, 2026
HOURS: Vary based upon practice time and meet schedule and times.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop student-athletes of character through the sport of tennis; instruct athletes in individual and team fundamentals, strategy, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. Must be able to adjust work for practices and matches. Assist with matches, practices, and the supervision of athletes in the tennis program.
QUALIFICATIONS: Complete the MSHSL Head Coaching Course and subsequent modules before the 2026 season, and have previous experience working with high school-age students. A strong background in tennis as a participant and/or coach is required. Must have good communication and organizational skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisors, parents, community members, and students. Also, understands the role of the level the individual is coaching as it relates to the program.
