Head Lounge Attendant - Facilities and Engineering - Full Time (Flamingo LV)

Experienced AV Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio-visual systems across a high-volume hospitality environment.

Role requires hands-on experience with Crestron and Lucy control systems and a strong focus on system reliability and guest experience.

• 2-3+ years of AV experience, preferably in hospitality, casino, or large commercial environments
• Experience with Crestron systems and Lucy AV control platforms
• Strong troubleshooting skills across audio, video, and control systems
• Ability to read system diagrams
• Maintain and troubleshoot AV systems, including Crestron and Lucy platforms
• Support daily operations and event-based AV needs across the property
• Perform preventative maintenance and system testing
• Respond quickly to service calls to minimize downtime
• Coordinate with Engineering, IT, and external vendors on repairs and upgrades
• Document work activity using internal work order systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot AV systems, including Crestron and Lucy platforms
• Support daily operations and event-based AV needs across the property
• Perform preventative maintenance and system testing
• Respond quickly to service calls to minimize downtime
• Coordinate with Engineering, IT, and external vendors on repairs and upgrades
• Document work activity using internal work order systems
