Head Men's and Women's Track/Field Coach

Job Responsibilities

The Head Mens and Womens Track/Field Coach is responsible for all aspects of coaching, recruiting, and administering the men's and women's track/field programs. Responsible for fundraising, monitoring academic progress of student-athlete team members, and ensuring adherence to and compliance with the rules and regulations of the NJCAA (governing body of certified two-year collegiate athletic teams) and applicable College policies and procedures. Supervises part-time assistant coach.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of coaching experience at the collegiate or higher level and knowledge of NJCAA rules and regulations. A valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to attend all games and travel with the team as required. May require overnight stays.
