Pay: $53$67.25/hour, based on experience, with annual increases
Schedule: TuesdayFriday, 8:30 AM5:30 PM, with Mondays off

An established and growing oncology practice is looking for a
Head Nurse (RN) to oversee nursing operations and support a team dedicated to delivering high-quality cancer care. This is an opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to take an active role in team development, clinical operations, and patient care.
Responsibilities:- Lead and support nursing staff throughout daily clinical operations.
- Coordinate staffing assignments and oversee patient care activities.
- Review medication orders and help maintain safe nursing practices.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance to staff.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safe handling procedures.
- Help create a positive patient experience while maintaining efficient clinic operations.
Qualifications:- Active New York State RN license.
- At least 2 years of nursing management experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
