Head of Personal Brand/Content
The Opportunity:
We have the opportunity to inspire millions of people to pursue their dreams and achieve financial independence. Were hiring a Head of Personal Brand / Content to scale a brand (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn). Were looking for someone who has effectively scaled similar personal brands in a social-first way, with deep understanding of how to:
- Build Content Systems: repeatable, consistent output across multiple platforms on a weekly basis
- Optimize per Platform: you understand Instagram, Youtube, and LinkedIn on an incredibly native level
- Grow Audiences: you have a clear track record of taking a personal brand into the millions of followers
The Job to Be Done:
- Own all Production
- Own all Concepting and Strategy, pairing with the brand owner as a thought partner
- Develop scalable, repeatable processes and systems for content creation, distribution, and measurement, ensuring consistency and quality at scale.
- Take partially developed ideas and concepts and refine them into polished, engaging, and actionable content across multiple platforms YouTube, social media short-form).
- Strategically grow the brand’s presence as a thought leader specifically in the entrepreneurship, business strategy, and business building space.
- Design and implement content frameworks where one primary piece can systematically be repurposed into multiple valuable assets across different platforms, achieving maximum reach and effectiveness.
The Profile Were Looking For:
- Proven experience transforming initial ideas into comprehensive, multi- platform content campaigns.
- Deep understanding of business strategy, entrepreneurship, investing, and business building content.
- Possess the ability to authentically speak to entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and the community we are building.
You Excel at Personal Branding & Thought Leadership:
- Significant experience successfully scaling an influential personality’s brand across digital platforms and building a following.
- Consistently grow the brand’s audience and influence
You Know Digital Platforms Inside and Out:
- Expert-level understanding of YouTube growth strategies, audience development, and optimization techniques for short-form platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Skilled at platform-specific storytelling while maintaining cohesive messaging across channels.
You Build Scalable Content Systems:
- Demonstrated track record of designing, implementing, and scaling robust content production processes.
- Ability to leverage content strategically, maximizing impact through intelligent repurposing and targeted distribution.
Youre Analytical, Strategic, and Results-Focused:
- Driven by clear, measurable goals and adept at using data to inform and refine strategies.
- You obsess over data and are always learning from what is working on each platform day to day.
- You continuously optimize content systems and the backlog in order to boost performance, engagement, and audience growth.
