BettingJobs is seeking a remote Head of CRM role, on behalf of a new iGaming startup.
This role will focus on CRM strategy, retention and engagement campaigns, player lifecycle management, segmentation, and campaign optimisation across multiple markets for Sportsbook and Casino products.
- Define and manage CRM strategy across all markets.
- Lead retention and engagement campaigns for Sportsbook and Casino products.
- Oversee segmentation and targeted CRM communications.
- Monitor CRM KPIs and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, and operations teams.
- Manage CRM tools, communication channels, and bonus mechanics.
- Test and optimise campaigns, promotions, and communication flows.
- Identify opportunities to improve player value and lifecycle management.
- Report campaign performance and insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Experience managing CRM strategies within the online gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of player lifecycle management and retention mechanics.
