BettingJobs is seeking a remote Head of CRM role, on behalf of a new iGaming startup.

This role will focus on CRM strategy, retention and engagement campaigns, player lifecycle management, segmentation, and campaign optimisation across multiple markets for Sportsbook and Casino products.

  • Define and manage CRM strategy across all markets.
  • Lead retention and engagement campaigns for Sportsbook and Casino products.
  • Oversee segmentation and targeted CRM communications.
  • Monitor CRM KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, and operations teams.
  • Manage CRM tools, communication channels, and bonus mechanics.
  • Test and optimise campaigns, promotions, and communication flows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve player value and lifecycle management.
  • Report campaign performance and insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • Experience managing CRM strategies within the online gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of player lifecycle management and retention mechanics.
  • Ability to analyse player data and optimise lifecycle campaigns.
  • Experience coordinating CRM campaigns across multiple markets.
