Job Summary
The Customs Brokerage Department Manager is the senior leader responsible for the overall strategic direction, compliance, profitability, and operational excellence of the customs brokerage division. This role oversees all import/export customs clearance activities, ensuring adherence to national and international regulations (e.g., CBP, OGA). The Department Manager will drive growth, optimize operational efficiency through technology, mentor a high-performing team, and build lasting client relationships.
