We're looking for an experienced
Head of Data to lead enterprise-wide data strategy, governance, and data management initiatives.
This is a strategic leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about transforming data into a business asset. You'll work across business and technology teams to establish data governance frameworks, drive data quality, enable trusted analytics, and build a data-driven culture across the organization.
We're looking for someone with:
- 12 years of experience in data governance, data management, enterprise data architecture, or related leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide data governance or data transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality, metadata management, and data lineage.
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and modern data architectures.
- Understanding of regulatory, privacy, security, and data risk management requirements.
- Experience designing and implementing data governance operating models, policies, standards, and stewardship frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive leadership and collaborate across business and technology teams.
- Experience working in large, complex, and matrixed organizations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into business value.
- A strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, execution-focused approach.
