Role Overview
As Head of Social Media Marketing, you will own a high-velocity, performance-driven paid social engine managing $500K–$1.5M in monthly ad spend, directly fueling inbound demand and revenue. You’ll lead strategy, execution, optimization, analytics, and budget performance to ensure a consistent, scalable pipeline.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a lean team while partnering closely with executives across the business. Ideal for a marketing leader who thrives in rapid-growth environments, can scale people and process in parallel, and knows how to balance structure with execution speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale the paid social marketing engine that drives all inbound revenue.
- Run high-volume campaigns with $500K+ in total ad spend and fast daily pacing.
- Build and optimize creative cycles, targeting, segmentation, and funnel performance.
- Execute rigorous A/B testing across creative, messaging, and landing experiences.
- Lead analytics, reporting, attribution, and forecasting.
- Manage budget oversight, pacing, and ROI targets.
- Guide a Marketing/Lead Coordinator and align with Sales Support teams.
