Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, you will lead workplace transformation, end-user technology, collaboration platforms, and operational excellence initiatives that directly enhance employee productivity and experience.

Description
Define and execute the enterprise Digital Workspace strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business and technology objectives.
Lead modernization and automation initiatives across End User Computing platforms and services.
Oversee workplace technologies including Windows endpoints, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, Teams, email, collaboration tools, and telephony platforms.
Drive service excellence through the delivery of high-performing, reliable, and scalable end-user services.
Act as the senior escalation point for critical incidents and service delivery matters.
Partner closely with Infrastructure Engineering and Architecture teams to shape future workplace technology roadmaps.
Own vendor relationships, managed service partnerships, and associated technology budgets.
Ensure robust governance, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes are maintained.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Profile
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with relevant Microsoft, Citrix, or VMware certifications preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience within IT, End User Computing, Digital Workplace, or Enterprise Technology.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing global technology teams.
Proven success delivering large-scale Digital Workspace or workplace transformation programs.
Deep expertise supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 and Teams environments at scale.
Strong knowledge of service management, operational risk controls, vendor management, and asset lifecycle processes.
Experience operating within financial services, banking, or another regulated environment is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive influencing skills.
Location: New Jersey / New York City
Working Pattern: Hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office
