The Role
The Electrical Division Leader will be responsible for defining the direction, standards, and operating model of the electrical function.
Rather than stepping into an existing department, this individual will help design one.

Scope of Responsibility
Establish the structure and operating framework of the Electrical Division
Serve as the Qualifying Agent in the State of Georgia
Define standards for execution, safety, and quality
Build and guide a high-performing electrical team
Partner with mechanical leadership on integrated project delivery
Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
Active Electrical License in Georgia
Experience leading electrical operations, teams, or projects
A measured leadership style with strong professional presence
Ability to build systems, teams, and standards
Background in commercial or industrial electrical work preferred
Compensation
Base salary in the $135, 000 to $150, 000+ range
