The Role
This is not a coordinator role. For the Head of Events & Experiences role, we're looking for a visionary operator who can conceive a remarkable live experience, partner with production companies to bring it to life, own the economics end-to-end, and then stand stage left on event day making sure every moment lands exactly as designed.
Responsibilities
Own and scale a profitable events business line that serves a higher purpose: celebrating the accomplishments of our sales community in deeply personal, customized ways that make every attendee feel recognized as an individual. The most important thing we do at any event is show our people that we see their effort, we value their contribution, and we consider them irreplaceable. But recognition alone doesn't move people — the best events are also genuinely memorably fun. Your job is to build experiences that are both: worthy of the mission, and ones that people are still talking about months later. Then make the business case work at the same time.
- Develop the creative vision with the executive team for each event — concept, theme, emotional arc, and production aesthetic — and direct production partners to execute it at a high level
- Own every piece of event preparation end-to-end: venues, vendors, logistics, timelines, budgets, run-of-show, talent, and speaker coordination — ensuring internal teams and external partners deliver to standard
- Be present and active on event days — stage left, headset on, resolving issues in real time and protecting the integrity of the experience from open to close
- Own the full event P&L: pricing strategy, cost control, vendor negotiations, and margin targets
- Develop event concepts that leverage our loyal audience to drive ticket sales, meaningful upsells, and enthusiastic return attendance
- Partner with marketing on attendance strategy, but own the offer, the positioning, and the economics
- Collaborate with executive leadership to design high-impact recognition moments — personal tributes, celebration segments, and customized acknowledgments that are the emotional heart of every event
- Build repeatable systems, playbooks, and vendor relationships that make each event better and more efficient than the last
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience running live events where success was measured by revenue, profit, and emotional impact — not just headcount
- Experience directing professional production companies to create visually striking, high-production experiences at scale (5,000+ attendees a plus)
- A natural orchestrator: you hold every detail to a high standard without needing to execute every detail yourself
- Present and active on event days — you're watching, adjusting, and solving in real time, not managing from a back office
- Strong creative instincts alongside sharp operational and financial discipline — you can hold both without losing either
- Genuine passion for health, wellness, and the human side of what we do
- Cultural fluency with our community — many of our attendees are Hispanic, and Spanish language skills are a meaningful plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you see an event as a business and a mission simultaneously
Location
We're based across four offices and prefer someone who can be near one of them. For the right candidate, we're open to a remote arrangement — especially given the travel-heavy nature of the role. Our offices are located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Las Vegas, NV, Provo, UT and San Juan, PR.
