Powers Catholic High School in Flint is seeking a Head of Facilities. This position reports to the President of Powers and is an exempt position. Position Summary: The Head of Facilities is responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of all Powers Catholic High School buildings and grounds. This position oversees HVAC, electrical, plumbing, custodial, environmental, safety, and security functions to ensure that all facilities operate effectively and support the mission of the school. The role includes planning and overseeing major maintenance projects including during school downtime such as winter, spring, and summer breaks to ensure significant repairs and improvements are completed efficiently. The Head of Facilities must demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with administration and committees and adhering to business practices consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church.Principal Duties and Responsibilities Facilities & Grounds Maintenance
