Some details about your department

The Corporate Finance team serves as a trusted advisor to the company, informing and guiding critical C-level decisions through insightful analyses & thought partnership. We are looking for a bright, driven individual who will succeed in a fast-paced environment and support our team in making sound recommendations that will allow the company to scale.

Reporting to the Country CEO and Global Cost Controller, this is a highly visible and key leadership role that is cross-functional in nature and requires collaboration across all Finance, Operations & Strategy functional teams.

What we'd like you to do

Financial Leadership

  • Lead and develop the Finance Department.
  • Manage and mentor: Chief Accountant, Reporting Manager, Reporting Specialist and Legal Specialist
  • Establish financial policies, controls, and best practices.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and automation within the finance function.

Cash Flow Management

  • Own and monitor company cash flow.
  • Prepare rolling cash flow forecasts.
  • Ensure sufficient liquidity for company operations.
  • Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation plans.
  • Monitor working capital performance.

Revenue & Client Payment Management

  • Monitor incoming payments from international clients.
  • Ensure invoices are issued according to contractual terms.
  • Track payment schedules and outstanding receivables.
  • Coordinate with Account managers regarding contract execution.
  • Monitor revenue based on outsourcing agreements and project milestones.
  • Support collections when necessary.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Analyze financial performance against budget.
  • Produce management reports with key business insights.
  • Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis.
  • Monitor profitability by project, client, and business unit.

Financial Reporting

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of management reports.
  • Present financial results to leadership.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs for business performance.

Accounting & Compliance

  • Supervise accounting operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Georgian tax legislation.
  • Coordinate statutory reporting.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Ensure proper financial documentation and record keeping.

Business Partnership

  • Work closely with HR regarding payroll planning and workforce costs.
  • Support commercial teams during pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Evaluate financial impact of new projects and clients.
  • Participate in strategic planning and business growth initiatives.

Process Improvement

  • Improve financial controls.
  • Automate reporting where possible.
  • Optimize budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Implement best practices in financial planning.

What we'd like you to bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent qualification is considered a strong advantage.
  • 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing finance teams.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS.
  • Strong knowledge of Georgian tax and accounting regulations.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
  • Professional English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in IT, software development, outsourcing, consulting, or professional services.
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Experience with multi-currency operations.
  • Experience in financial process automation and BI reporting tools.
