The group acquires and manages small to mid-sized industrial and manufacturing businesses and is looking for a hands-on finance leader to partner closely with senior leadership while managing day-to-day financial operations across several entities.Key Responsibilities• Lead finance and accounting activities across multiple operating companies• Oversee month-end close, reporting packages, budgeting, and forecasting• Manage treasury, cash flow, and working capital• Supervise a team of accountants and shared services personnel• Support operating leaders with financial analysis and planning• Oversee HR administration through a PEO, including payroll and benefits coordination• Serve as internal lead for ERP oversight, optimization, and system administration• Drive improvements in reporting accuracy, financial visibility, and operational efficiency• Manage audit preparation and external reporting requirementsQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience• Manufacturing industry experience is required• CPA strongly preferred• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentPersonal Attributes• Collaborative and comfortable working with distributed teams• Self-directed with strong follow-through• Analytical and focused on continuous improvement• Comfortable managing multiple systems and workstreams• Positive, adaptable, and able to navigate changeCompensation• Base salary: $150–225K• Bonus opportunity up to 80% based on performance metrics• Equity incentivesIf you’re interested in the position, please apply with your resume.#LI-JH1
