
What You'll Do:
Criteo is seeking a Head of Global Marketing Partnerships to support key strategic and high-growth partnership initiatives, beginning with OpenAI and expanding across broader AI, Retail Media, and Commerce ecosystem partnerships over time.
Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing, this role will help shape how Criteo commercializes, positions and scales partnerships. The role sits at the intersection of Partnerships, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Communications and Customer storytelling - and take an active role on the marketing leadership team.
The individual will help drive joint go-to-market activation, support customer and market adoption, coordinate key launch events, and strengthen Criteo's positioning within the rapidly evolving Commerce and AI ecosystems.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and operationally strong, comfortable navigating ambiguity, with experience building scalable partner marketing motions in fast-moving environments. This is a highly cross-functional individual contributor role that requires strong collaboration, influence and stakeholder management skills across executive leadership, product, sales, marketing and external partners.
Success in this role will depend heavily on the ability to drive alignment, create momentum and execute through influence across complex and evolving partnership environments.

Who You Are:
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, strategic partnerships, business marketing, or related GTM roles
Experience working within advertising technology
Strong executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting emerging products, beta programs, or early-stage commercialization efforts
Experience working on the brand side is a strong advantage.
Ability to operate effectively within fast-moving and ambiguous environments
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and organizational leadership capabilities
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across teams without direct organizational authority
Experience supporting customer case studies, webinars, events, and thought leadership initiatives
Comfortable working directly with external partners and senior leadership stakeholders

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$134,080 - $172,500
