We are seeking an innovative commercial leader to build and lead our global Research, Measurement & Commercial Insights function. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for developing the audience intelligence, measurement strategy, and thought leadership that supports advertisers, agencies, and DAZN''s global commercial organization.

Reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer, this leader will serve as the voice of advertiser effectiveness and audience intelligence across DAZN''s advertising business.

As DAZN continues to grow as a premium global sports media platform, we are building world-class research and measurement capabilities that demonstrate the value of our audience, prove campaign performance, and help shape the future of sports advertising.

This leader will partner closely with Sales, Product, Data Science, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership to transform research into a strategic commercial advantage.

Salary Range: $170,000 - $200,000. This is hybrid role which will be based mostly on site from our New York office.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead DAZN's global commercial research and insights strategy to support advertising revenue growth and strengthen market positioning.
• Develop audience narratives, consumer insights, category trends, and thought leadership that showcase the value of DAZN's sports fans.
• Own the global advertising measurement strategy across brand, performance, sponsorship, attribution, incrementality, reach, and attention metrics.
• Build audience intelligence frameworks, segmentation models, and planning tools to help advertisers effectively engage high-value sports audiences.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and commercial teams to deliver impactful client pitches, insights, and data-driven narratives that drive growth.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with leading research and measurement organisations to enhance DAZN's measurement capabilities and industry presence.
• Create innovative measurement solutions with agencies and advertisers while helping shape best practices across the wider advertising ecosystem.
• Build and lead a high-performing global team across commercial research, audience insights, marketing science, analytics, and data visualisation.

What You'll Bring:

• 8+ years' experience in advertising research, audience measurement, marketing science, analytics, or commercial insights.
• Proven leadership experience within media, streaming, television, digital publishing, advertising technology, agencies, or measurement organisations.
• Experience working with major agencies, advertisers, and enterprise-level clients to deliver commercial insights and measurement solutions.
• Track record of leading global teams and collaborating across multiple regions and markets.
• Deep expertise in cross-platform advertising measurement, audience analytics, and brand effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of attribution, sponsorship measurement, streaming advertising, and first-party data strategies.
• Experience applying research methodologies and consumer insights to influence commercial decision-making.
• Passionate about sports media, digital platforms, and using data to drive advertiser value.
