What You Will Do

• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market reach and drive user acquisition.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships that enhance the company's offerings and customer engagement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product development and marketing efforts.
• Establish and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.

• 4–12 years of experience in sales or business development within the fintech or financial services industries.
• Proven track record of successfully driving growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $160K to $200K, complemented by a competitive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth.
