Position Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Head of Implementation to lead the rollout and optimization of operational processes, client onboarding, and workforce deployment for a growing vendor to the staffing industry. This is a fully onsite leadership role based in Birmingham, Alabama, requiring a hands-on presence to drive cross-functional alignment and execution.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of new client accounts, service lines, and operational initiatives.
  • Develop standardized frameworks, timelines, and deliverables for onboarding and implementation.
  • Ensure seamless transitions from sales to operations with clear accountability.
  • Design, document, and refine scalable workflows for onboarding, credentialing, scheduling, and deployment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce time-to-launch and improve service delivery.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing implementation team.
  • Oversee implementation and optimization of payroll and workforce management systems.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between sales, operations, finance, and leadership.
What you need: 
  • 7+ years of experience in staffing or related industry.
  • Proven experience leading implementations, onboarding, or operational rollouts.
Compensation: mid 100's with strong upside
