Position Overview: Reporting directly to the Head of Siemens Electrification & Automation US' Industry & Infrastructure segment, this role is responsible for leading the national Industrial Infrastructure Sales (IIS), the Industry & Infrastructure Business Development, and the Industry & Infrastructure Technical Account Manager teams mainly focusing on power infrastructure projects in the industrial market. You will be responsible for growing market share and profitability across the Industrial Smart Infrastructure portfolio ensuring maximum penetration of relevant Siemens products and platforms. This position will be located in the United States with the preferred location as Wendell, NC. Responsibilities: Lead national sales, technical account management and industry business development teams focused predominantly on industrial end users and power infrastructure projects. Drive accountability for quota achievement while optimizing sales strategies, team performance and account management practices with a focus on profitable top line and market share growth. Ensure collaboration with the other Smart Infrastructure Sales and Vertical Market teams to improve account coverage and penetration in the respective industrial markets. Provide market, competitor and customer feedback back to relevant team members. Provide leadership and drive sales processes partnering with multiple BU Business Development organizations and other Siemens internal support teams. Recruit, develop and lead a diverse and successful team of sales professionals with varying tenure and experience levels. Your success is grounded in having these qualifications: 10+ years' sales leadership experience in power distribution project sales (LV and MV) and successful track record selling directly to Industrial end users, EPCs and General Contractors operating in the Industrial space. Business Unit/P&L experience a plus. 2+ years of people leadership skills and proven experience growing and managing sales teams. Proven ability to lead through change, inspire, engage, develop and retain talent. A bachelor's degree is required. The ability to travel up to 50% is required for this role.
