THE ROLE
The Head of Insurance and Risk is responsible for developing and executing the enterprise-wide risk and insurance strategy for a large multi-site fuel and convenience retail organization. This role oversees global risk governance, insurance program design, and operational risk mitigation across retail stores, fuel operations, logistics, fleets, and supply chain networks. A critical component of the position includes direct leadership of casualty claims management, ensuring efficient handling of high-frequency, high-severity claims typical in the fuel and convenience retail environment.
