To further strengthen its global investor profile and enhance communication with the international investment community, the company is seeking an experienced capital markets communications head to join its growing team.Job DescriptionGlobal Capital Markets Communications StrategyDevelop and execute international capital markets communication strategies to enhance the company's visibility, credibility and corporate reputation among global investors and capital market stakeholders.Lead communication planning around key corporate events, including earnings announcements, investor roadshows, ESG initiatives, strategic partnerships, financing activities and corporate transactions.Ensure consistent messaging and effective positioning across all external capital markets communications.International Media & Analyst RelationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with international financial media outlets, investment banks, research analysts and market opinion leaders.Develop and manage engagement plans covering media interviews, executive profiling, thought leadership programs, analyst briefings and investor-focused communication events.Support senior management in media preparation and external engagement opportunities.Capital Markets Reputation & Issues ManagementEstablish effective monitoring mechanisms for global financial media, analyst coverage and wider capital market sentiment.Develop response strategies and communication protocols for market-sensitive situations, including adverse market commentary, reputation challenges and stakeholder concerns.Coordinate closely with legal, compliance, investor relations and business teams to ensure consistent and appropriate external communication.Investor Engagement ProgramsPlan and execute investor-focused initiatives including Non-Deal Roadshows (NDRs), Investor Days, analyst meetings, reverse roadshows and market education programs.Enhance the company's engagement with institutional investors across Asia, Europe and North America.Support the development of materials used for investor communications and corporate positioning.External Agency ManagementManage relationships with global communications agencies, financial media consultants and external advisory partners.Establish communication KPIs and reporting frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize resource allocation.Manage annual communications budgets and vendor performance.ESG & Sustainability CommunicationsPartner with Investor Relations and Sustainability teams to develop a compelling ESG narrative for global investors.Support engagement with international ESG rating organizations and sustainability-focused stakeholders.Drive communication initiatives around sustainability, governance and long-term value creation.The Successful ApplicantExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience in capital markets communications, investor relations communications, financial public relations or related fields.Proven experience supporting listed companies, investment banks, financial institutions, public companies or international communications consultancies.Experience managing high-profile corporate communications, investor-facing initiatives or market-sensitive situations is highly desirable.Exposure to cross-border transactions, international capital markets or strategic corporate events would be beneficial.Knowledge & ExpertiseStrong understanding of global financial media ecosystems, investor communications and capital markets dynamics.Familiarity with public company disclosure environments and investor communication practices.Understanding of ESG-related communication frameworks and stakeholder engagement approaches.Knowledge of international equity capital markets and institutional investor landscapes is preferred.Network & RelationshipsInternational Investor RelationsCapital Markets CommunicationsFinancial Public RelationsEquity ResearchECM / Investment BankingFinancial JournalismRating AgenciesStrategic Communications ConsultingExisting relationships with financial media, analysts, investors or capital markets stakeholders would be advantageous.
