Head of Logistics

The Head of Logistics serves as a member of the Hilti Korea management team and is accountable for shaping and executing the country logistics strategy in alignment with regional (North Asia) and global priorities. The role holds full ownership of Warehousing, Transportation, Materials Management, Large-Project Logistics, and Customer Experience operations in Korea, together with the associated people, budget, and planning responsibilities.

What You'll Bring

Education

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics. A relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of progressive operations or logistics experience in a multinational company environment.
• At least 4-6 years in a senior management or director-level role with direct people and budget responsibility.
