    Description

    We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and execute global marketing initiatives for a technology-focused company specializing in solutions for embedded systems and safety-critical applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the technical landscape, a creative approach to demand generation, and a proven ability to drive brand visibility and market growth. This role requires expertise in developing and managing marketing strategies that resonate with technical audiences across industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical devices, and industrial systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.
    • Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, social media, events, and partner channels.
    • Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
    • Oversee branding, messaging, and positioning to ensure consistency and relevance in all marketing materials.
    • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Drive lead generation, nurturing, and qualification processes through targeted campaigns and automation tools.
    • Manage the planning and execution of industry events, webinars, and trade shows to engage with key stakeholders.
    • Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and provide regular reporting on ROI and key performance indicators.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies in the embedded systems, software development, or safety-critical domains.
    • Strong understanding of technical audiences, including engineers, developers, and decision-makers in industries such as aerospace, automotive, or medical devices.
    • Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation tactics.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience marketing complex technical solutions or tools.
    • Background in managing global campaigns and multi-region strategies.
