We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Head of Marketing based in Cleveland, OH or Atlanta, GA to lead the firm's marketing strategy, business development initiatives, and sales support efforts.This role is pivotal in enhancing brand awareness, driving lead generation, and engaging key target audiences, including the firm's executive search partners.The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, collaborating closely with executive search partners, technology, analytics, finance, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business goals, streamline processes & deliverables, and drive measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with the firm's objectives and growth priorities, based on past findings and results.Manage and mentor a team of two, focusing on top-of-the-funnel marketing and mid-funnel business development.Bring the firm's brand to life by creating compelling deliverables such as reports, thought leadership pieces, white papers, case studies, and client success stories.Work with subject matter experts and executive search partners to craft narratives that showcase the firm's expertise and market leadership.Collaborate with the design team to ensure deliverables are visually engaging, on-brand, and aligned with business goals.Oversee integrated marketing efforts, including paid media, PR, social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, events, sponsorships, and content marketing.Manage relationships with third-party agency partners for design, website management, lead generation, and PR.Execute always-on marketing activities to maintain consistent engagement across channels.Manage inbound and outbound CRM processes to optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.Track and improve lead generation metrics such as marketing qualified leads (MQLs), sales qualified leads (SQLs), and lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.Leverage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to enhance customer journeys, segmentation, and engagement.Lead a team to develop high-quality sales collateral, including pitch decks, presentations, and case studies, to support business development efforts.Monitor and analyze key metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), website conversion rates, and cost-per-lead (CPL).Oversee the creation and management of all brand assets, including the website, ads, sales collateral, videos, and social media content.Lead internal communications across stakeholders.RequirementsTechnical Proficiency:Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and other digital advertising platforms.Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Search Console, WordPress, Airtable, Looker Studio, Canva, Microsoft Suite, and social media platforms.Qualifications & Experience:Proven track record in marketing strategy, performance marketing, CRM management, and business development, preferably in professional services, staffing & recruiting, or management consulting sectors.Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, including executive search partners, technology, analytics, finance, and operations.Exceptional leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing teams.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
