We are building a team of superstars to undertake this legendary journey with us. The role With ambitious growth plans ahead, we are currently recruiting for our very first ever marketing hire. - As the Head of Marketing, you will take full ownership of our entire marketing strategy including top of funnel activities, creating our brand/tone of voice and devising our content strategy. As we are an early-stage company, we expect you to be a driver. - You will be the marketing expert on the team and we will lean on you for decision-making (don't worry we expect you to be learning a lot on the job too!). Your day-to-day tasks will vary widely, and will require you to be flexible, proactive, and strategic. You will think big picture and make strategic decisions but also roll up your sleeves and get involved with execution. You will be working closely with the CEO, the CTO and the COS, as well as the rest of the team, using them as sounding boards but ultimately it will be up to you to decide which are the most impactful marketing levers to pull on our journey to becoming a global brand. All of our team members serve one thing: the customer. Being the founding marketing team member this will be especially true for you. We expect you to be speaking to current and potential customers all the time - constantly refining your understanding of our ideal customer profiles and updating our messaging to cater for them. Your Profile Have 2-4 years of experience working at a high-growth startup (preferably B2B SaaS) Have experience marketing to US audiences Are excellent at and deeply passionate about highly effective content writing Are results-oriented and not fond of outdated or unnecessary processes Have no respect for the status quo and a burning desire to leave a dent in the universe Quick learner, entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and self-starter Hold yourself and others to an extremely high standard and always want to grow.
