You will bring experience of commissioning, service redesign, partnership working and leading high-performing teams in complex environments.
About the Role
As Head of Neighbourhood Health, you will provide strategic and system leadership for the development of neighbourhood health and integrated care across North Yorkshire. Working across organisational boundaries, you will bring together NHS organisations, Adult Social Care, Primary Care, the voluntary and community sector and wider partners to deliver meaningful change for residents and communities.
Reporting within North Yorkshire Council and working on behalf of the wider partnership, you will be a member of the Adult Social Care Leadership Team, sharing responsibility for system performance and leading programmes that improve population health, reduce inequalities and strengthen prevention and community-based support.
This is a role of significant influence, operating at the heart of a complex and evolving health and care system. You will work closely with senior executives, elected members, clinicians and system leaders to develop shared ambitions, drive delivery and ensure partners are collectively accountable for achieving improved outcomes.
