Our NYC based client is seeking a Head of Operations. This position will lead the talent management plus business operations for one of their consulting business lines. Must have like minded experience to qualify. Competitive salary, bonus and benefits are offered.

This individual will drive business performance, optimize operational processes, oversee critical business functions, and lead a high-performing team that supports growth and scalability. Strategic Operations & Business Performance
Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategies that enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Monitor business performance, staffing utilization, and profitability metrics to drive sustainable growth.
Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and strategic planning.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and develop teams
Coach and mentor leaders to cultivate high-performing, collaborative teams.
Drive talent management efforts, including performance reviews, professional development, and organizational planning.
Partner with senior leadership on hiring, workforce planning, and employee matters.
Operational Excellence
Guide staffing, onboarding, resource allocation, and operational decision-making processes.
Lead the implementation, optimization, and adoption of systems and tools.
Establish best practices, playbooks, and standardized processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Analyze operational trends and KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Lead regional engagement initiatives, including employee events, leadership forums, committees, and retreats.
Develop and track operational and employee engagement metrics to measure impact and drive results.
Qualifications
Progressive operations leadership experience, preferably within professional services, consulting, financial services, or a similarly complex environment.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale operational initiatives.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Pay Details: $175,000.00 to $190,000.00 per year
